Reading Intervention
Students are hand selected by the principal and their teachers. Our reading interventionist is here to support students who may need a little extra help developing their reading skills. Through small-group and one-on-one instruction, they provide targeted support tailored to each child’s needs—helping build confidence, fluency, and a love for reading. Working closely with classroom teachers, the interventionist ensures every student gets the tools they need to become successful, lifelong readers.
Mission
The mission of the Tulsa Public Schools' Library Media Services is to promote the skills, experiences, and confidence that will enable children and young adults to use libraries and information resources for lifelong learning.
